Some updates.....

It's already been a week since the last post,so here's some updates:
-the wooden shoe boat didn't quite work,I think the engine was mounted too vertically.So I used that on other boat.
-the ship I was(am)building out of the soya oil can is nearing completion.It is roughly based on a Clyde Puffer


-I've been testing different(coil)engines.Including one which is just a straight tube closed at one end,thinking:"surely it can't be this simple."But it worked!
