Today I finished my first,real,automaton.In general I'm pleased with it:the mechanism works like it should(but the shaft that goes up and down should've been constructed differently,in hindsight),the robot looks good(I think),so do the bugs.I didn't worked out completely the way I wanted it.My idea was to have the bug on the up and down shaft dodge the net just as the robot was passing.
Guess that'll be a lesson learnt for the next automaton.
